GROUP SESSIONS
In group sessions we focus on social skills, taking turns, managing emotions when the unexpected happens, understanding what others are feeling and how communication works. We practise special yoga to improve fine and gross motor skills, as well as learning tools to help relax and calm down when upset. Through conversation and games we will also work on speech, and help with imagination, creativity and play.
In order to achieve the best possible results, group sizes are strictly limited to a maximum of 4 children, to ensure your child receives the attention they deserve, and to allow sessions to be built around the specific needs of the group.
